Date localization in posts pages #7

In the Posts page, and in each post page, the date locale is always English (e.g. "November 11, 2018"). It should be possible to change it according to the current language.
I read the method in the tutorial https://gohugo.io/content-management/multilingual/#customize-dates but I don't see how to adapt to the posts pages.
