soba basic controls functionality is not working in latest angular/cli 13.3.0

Downgraded to 13.2.0 cli and it works fine but does not work in stackblitz - https://stackblitz.com/github/gmanojisaac/soba13.2.0cli/tree/master

Not an issue in latest cli 13.3.0 .. error due to rxjs peer dependency issue.
13.2.0 soba works fine but not able to make it work in stackblitz
