Handle missing collection data from CMR gracefully

Describe the bug
During build, if a collection can't be accessed in CMR for whatever reason, we are unable to pull certain details which would be shown in the data download tab ( see screenshot). We should check for undefined and showing something meaningful in place of these details or, consider not showing the collection entry at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ?l=OMPS_SO2_Middle_Troposphere
2. Go to data download tab
3. See undefined text in collection details

Expected behavior
Collection title and version should show or, meaningful placeholders.
