To better help users find and learn about our how-tos, this suggestion proposes to shorten the existing descriptions in the "Summary" column of the README.md, and to add "Services and Tools" descriptions in their appropriate column. The shortened descriptions should only be one or two sentences long, and the Services and Tools descriptions should follow what PO.DAAC has in their tutorials repository: https://github.com/podaac/tutorials
