Allow the initial state to be set as an uncertain data while maintaining backwards compatibility.

D.o.D.

  • initial state for state estimator can be passed in current supported form or as UncertainData
  • If x0_uncertainty is passed- warning is raised
  • Tests exist to demonstrate compatibility of existing state estimators with the three uncertainty types + current format (dict with and without x0_uncertainty)
  • Added to release notes
