Light theme, selection, cursor location, underscore color #138

With the spacemacs-light theme, when there's an active selection. Then the color of the underscore that shows the cursors location, is to similar to the selection color:

light theme cursor underscore color

This makes it difficult to see if the cursor is at the start or end of the selection.
