因为 free gpt3.5 不成功（使用代理也不行）

1）duck2api 正常使用，但是用其接口 替代 其中的 gpt3.5，不成功。
2）改造 free_ask_internet.py，映射到 docker 里，采用官方的 gpt3.5（使用代理，一直正常使用）, 不成功。

早期的版本挺好用的。看到了新版，把旧版删掉了。
