java.io.IOException: read failed, socket might closed or timeout

I have implement Bluetooth hardware.
I want to connect them to my android device using code,
My Bluetooth hardware is peripheral.
that why i have use your client code on my application
I have putt same UUID on both side (Android app and Bluetooth hardware)

The problem is when i sent to connect request i got error (java.io.IOException: read failed, socket might closed or timeout, read ret: -1)

please share your suggestion.
