Dowload here. On Windows, if you have java, just run it. On Linux, you may have to mark it as runnable (chmod +x). But it should run on any java-supporting system.

CTRL-C changes colour
SHIFT to snap
F11 toggles fullscreen
ESC quits the program
LEFT-CLICK creates a point
MIDDLE-CLICK ends a curve
RIGHT-CLICK changes curve type
