The esri template can edit the feature service used to store photos, despite editing not being enabled (maybe an enable/disable behind the scenes by the builder app). The NPS template should work the same but does not.

  1. update cheat sheet to manually enable editing.
  2. update the NPS tempate to latest esri code to hopefully enable behavior
  3. revisit authentication per work done with map series.
