There should be an option in the config to load resources purely internally (css, javascript) versus making use of CDNs. The CDNs can help improve performance for users who already have access to the internet, but by relying on them, most of the application would look very bad and not work very well if the user were operating in an environment that didn't have internet access. Since we want to support and encourage internal network recon, this will be an important option.
