what does it mean to enable the support for the Prometheus operator ServiceMonitor? I am already using the Prometheus exporter sidecar to extract the NATS metrics and scrape them via our kubernetes setup, no problems with that part, but I was wondering what the Prometheus operator ServiceMonitor exactly is? what it's used for etc.. is there any documentation about it that I could read?
