Improve spacing with text before class tables

Browser Type/Version: vanilla whatever the newest chrome is, i clean installed because some of my plugins were messing it up.

Operating System: OSX 10.10.4

Issue Description: imgur.com/o5ycv34, also when i go to print its not displaying the background in the pdf it generates.

Ah okay I figured out that it was my fault the background wasn't loading on images. For whatever reason my settings had background images turned off. So case closed on that one. Still don't know about the table text though.

The way that full class tables work with surrounding text has always been a difficult/tricky thing. I'll falg this to take a look at later.

Reminder for me: Try moving the top margin onto the h5 header when you detect it's being used in conjunction with a table.
