  • merge odonata branch in main
  • create lepidoptera branch
  • deploy on MaaS - SSH pubkey (Annemieke + Joppe)
  • add curated data

Setup for @AnnemiekeSchonthaler

  • install eduvpn and configure it for Naturalis. Need to be within the VPN to access the HPC.
  • SSH to the HPC node: ssh annemieke.schonthaler@145.136.253.37
  • add private key from laptop to HPC, i.e. copy ~/.ssh/id_rsa from laptop to ~/.ssh/id_rsa on server (for github)
  • data is in /home/annemieke.schonthaler/data
  • code should also go there, i.e. cd ~/data && git clone git@github.com:naturalis/barcode-constrained-phylogeny.git
