Latest

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start a chatops development host
  2. See message of missing WEBEX_TOKEN in the logs

Expected Behavior

Only show the message if WebEx is enabled

Observed Behavior

WebEx is not enabled and there is an error message of missing token
