If you create a branch, make some changes, then upgrade Nautobot (with an update that requires migrations) the branch is now out of date with the main branch where the migrations occurred. You might be able to document rebaselining the feature branch with main at this point. Or we need to fix migrations to occur in all branches

Maybe on upgrade automatically open a PR against all open branches? just a thought
