Establish an Integrations Pattern, Similar to Secrets Provider

Proposed Functionality

To improve maintainability, discoverability, and ease-of-use, establish a pattern for creating a "Provider" or "Integration" inside the nautobot-plugin-chatops repo for integrating with other platforms. See: https://github.com/nautobot/nautobot-plugin-secrets-providers/tree/develop/nautobot_secrets_providers/providers

This model would have to be compatible with the existing pattern that is this plugin can be "extended" with separate packages built with the ChatOps cookiecutter recipe.

Use Case

• Migrate existing open-source ChatOps integrations (like https://github.com/nautobot/nautobot-plugin-chatops-panorama) to this repo.
