Custom Fields missing changelog

Environment

• Python version: 3.6
• Nautobot version: 1.2.2

This appears to be a regression in Nautobot 1.2. In the old admin interface (Nautobot 1.1.x) for Custom Fields there was a history page displaying the history for a custom field, this appears to be missing in Nautobot 1.2.2.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create/Change custom field
2. Look for change log/history

Expected Behavior

A change log should be produced

Observed Behavior

Can't find a change log
