As ...

Nelly - Network Engineer

I want ...

Creating groups or projects with devices and virtual machines together.

So that ...

As a system administrators we need to create a group with servers in cluster, but all nodes aren't physical.
For example Device redundancy Groups look exactly like that what we need, but isn't possiple add virtual machines
to group.

I know this is done when...

I can imagine, that will be another tab for example like "Projects" and there we will create a project "web-nodes" and will be possible add physical devices and virtual machines to this project.

Optional - Feature groups this request pertains to.

  • Automation
  • Circuits
  • DCIM
  • IPAM
  • Misc (including Data Sources)
  • Organization
  • Plugins (and other Extensibility)
  • Security (Secrets, etc)
  • Image Management
  • UI/UX
  • Documentation
  • Other (not directly a platform feature)
