[next] Update additional dependencies to match develop-1.6 #4143

What's Changed

#4118 updated a bunch of dependencies in develop-1.6. #4125 mirrored many of those into next, but got merged first; after it was merged, the request came to update more dependencies and so #4118 was updated accordingly and then merged.

This PR is to propagate the remainder of those updates into next so as to keep these branches reasonably in-sync on dependencies.
