Can't Attach Images to Locations

Environment

• Nautobot version (Docker tag too if applicable): Version 2.0.1
• Python version: Version 3.10
• Database platform, version: Postgresql 14.9
• Middleware(s): No Plugins Installed, Fresh Install of Nautobot

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the location page for ANY location.
2. Click "Attach an Image."
3. Error "Page Not Found" Displays

Expected Behavior

I expected a page to load with an button to select an image locally which would then upload to the nautobot server and be displayed in the location page.

Observed Behavior

Got an error message "Page not Found", with a link to go back to the Home Page.
