As ...

Dan - Data Owner

I want ...

To be able to quickly press the "Create", "Update", "Cancel" etc. buttons that are at the bottom of sometimes very long forms without having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. No matter where I am in the form, I should be able to confirm the action (or cancel it) without having to search for the buttons elsewhere.

So that ...

I can spend more time working on my data instead of navigating the interface.

I know this is done when...

The form action buttons are always visible when creating/editing objects in Nautobot.

Optional - Feature groups this request pertains to.

  • Automation
  • Circuits
  • DCIM
  • IPAM
  • Misc (including Data Sources)
  • Organization
  • Plugins (and other Extensibility)
  • Security (Secrets, etc)
  • Image Management
  • UI/UX
  • Documentation
  • Other (not directly a platform feature)

No

External Dependencies

Probably just CSS tweaks.
