[GUI] Build FAQ into core qt wallet

I think it would be a nice addition to the qt wallet to have https://info.navcoin.org/ built into the wallet so it's easily accessible while at a obvious location where people can just browse through the good content that's in there and have most of their questions answered.

Not sure if it's feasible or a good idea, would love to hear what you guys think.

One way I can think of to get this done is to make a markdown parser that just loads the markdown files from the actual website.
