Go here in Firefox https://openalias.nav.community

Try create an alias it fails, suspect Javascript on the site doesn't work for that browser? Works fine in Chrome.

Firefox logs a console error about CORS for whatever lookup your site is doing to Google? Chrome no issues, being Google owned that probably makes sense.
