Loading

spv_start()でfail DLが発生することがある。
5秒間隔でblock downloadを監視し、同じblock heightが12回続いた場合に「何か異常が起きた」と
判断してfail DLとしている。

L.2678でそうなっているが、それまでの間「Saw duplicated block in best chain at height」が大量に起きている。
