Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)

Hi, I have always loved this LBAction of yours, but for some reason it his suddenly stopped working; it throws up "An error occurred while running “Dictionary: Define (Live)”

I have reviewed my console and the error appears to be an:
Exception Type: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV)

Any idea what might have happened? I can send the full error log if required.
