e.g., determine number of mismatches between observed sequences in mock community and expected sequences. Print histograms of mismatch distributions, both unweighted (mismatch distribution across all unique representative sequence variants) and weighted by abundance of each representative sequence.

What other methods could usefully evaluate "quality"?
