The documentation states you can filter by country but this does not seem to work (version 0.6.3). See output:

I think the HTTPS filter is not working either.

Same here filtering is not totally working - guess some of providers' filtering is broken.

Guess better to duplicate filtering logic in providers/base as well otherwise it is very "dangerous" requesting say "high" proxy and getting "transparent" 😄

Hi everybody!

Well, filtering by any attribute is a little bit tricky because every provider has it's own HTTP parameter for filtering or do it on the client-side. Moreover, they have different country naming (USA, United State and so on). It's difficult to make universal filtering for all the providers.

Currently filtering works only (AFAIR) for specific providers, you must need to know how it's county parameter and countries named
