When i inject sakura. it gives me error couldn't update screen

Let me start with some basic questions:

Are you sure you are using the Steam version of CS 1.6 Build 8684? Type version in the console and let us know.
Make sure you definitely have all the required libraries that Sakura uses installed.

https://github.com/tragedyxxms/vcredist/releases/tag/vcredist

If you have everything you need wait for the Developer's response.
