I have successfully installed Pi-WRF and I have it running on a RPi 4. Where can I obtain the .nc model output files for creating a time series plot?

Hi Ed, do you mean the location where your visualization outputs are stored? Each time you run WRF or any model in the notebook, the outputs are saved in /pi-wrf/Output/. If you saved any of the files so that they persist, you can find them in /pi-wrf/Output/user_saved_files/.

Hello,

I'm running into a problem, after typing ls /pi-wrf/output/user_saved_files/ nothing happens. I ran ls /pi-wrf/output/ and it showed me a list of .png files but it won't let me use user_saved_files/. Sorry I am new to this as well.

I would Like to use it to create a time series plot or use imagemagick to create a GIF animation sequence. If you can point me towards the right direction or help me get this started I would really appreciate it.

thank you!

Is there any way to acquire the .nc files?
