Feature Request - Rules to check the particular CloudWatch metrics exists

Scout2 have any rules to find out any particular cloudwatch / cloudtrail metrics exist, if not then raise a flag.

For example, to check if any metrics related to IAM policy changes exist. If not exist, then need to raise a flag.

While this is definitely something Scout should be checking (and will at some point), it isn't something I'm working on atm (so no estimate I'm afraid). This is an open source tool so you're free to submit a PR ;-).
