Uploaded FASTA file has added .bin extension. #2

For some reason the FASTA files that get uploaded are having ".bin" added to the filename. For example, if you uploaded a file called 'ecoli-16s.fasta' it would get downloaded as 'ecoli-16s.fasta.bin'
