Conquistorium Report does not update on promotion of Neophytes to Devastator #12

The message of 590 Neophytes and 204 Ready does not update upon promotion of Scout to Devastator.
Player.log

However, it DOES update upon loading a new save. Ready seems to skyrocket over 3 weeks to 279!

This is pseudo-as-designed... I set up the 10th company captain to evaluate the scouts 4 times a year, because having it have weekly granularity felt a little too mechanical rather than organic. This fact isn't well represented in the interface, and as you've observed, I'm not saving state anywhere, so you could work around it by reloading the game every week. I'll ponder what I want to do about it.

Sounds like you could "fix" it by putting a notice on the Conquistorium Report, without actually changing anything.

Well, sorta. That'd still mean it updates on every load, unless I make changes to the save game logic. But, yes, it could at least mention the date the report was crafted
