Improvement for the inspection value propagation

Instead of showing the value multiple times, the inspection should use them only one time, depending on the expansion state this may be either right next to the field itself or the closest upper node that is displayed.

• The panel needs to be self-aware of its expansion state and alternatively displayed values.
