Create an audit of materials with owners

Create an audit markdown page of the docs / education / workshops / tutorials with owners and target audience.

This should be public document.
We can then use it to define where which of these docs should go.

Something like this:

if these artifacts are still in progress then I would suggest we expand Owner field to full RACI so we can manage the delivery of each to completion
