This would use bos-cli-rs, but how should we manage these in our repository?

It may be nice for them to be separate from the widgets we are actively working on -- like a node_modules (bos_modules)

You can currently use bos-cli-rs to download all widgets from a specific near account.

This solution may be related to #26
