Add driver check to load_board script

for right now until i have a better service script for the agent that integrates programming the cards to a default bitstream on boot I need to add a driver check to this board program script. It will save me 1 check step when preping to test the software.

I can't forget to make sure that it checks if im running the xilly_multi or xilly drivers and force loads the correct ones.

I have a script on the dev server already that should get me 50% of the way there but this time around i need to add a driver type check so that the script is more distributable.
