Crashes with 'Configuration file not found!' #17

With a fresh install the program crashes instantly with the error popup

"Error

Configuration file not found!"

which I guess is correct because no config file exists, but also doesn't give the opportunity to initialise a (empty) config file.

This is currently expected behaviour since there's no install wizard at the moment.
However I updated the readme to reflect this: 98bc478
