Due to a problem with numpy (see #8) the latest release of tensorflow creates some conflicts with the OpenVino installation. For this reason we do not support Tensorflow 2.8.0 at the moment.

We should probably think about allowing the use of Tensorflow 2.8 and when it is used avoid using the OpenVino compiler.
Since this approach will require some code work, I am keeping this issue open until the new solution is implemented.
