Data does not get saved when doctor puts first time in diagnosis, medication, advice, test

Refreshing the page, medications, advice, test got vanished.

ITS a Rest API ISSUE..

400 bad request is coming on angular.js

So I was able to replicate this issue, I am not sure of the cause, it does not appear to be occuring on any other page of the ref app, so it may have to do with optimizing angular code.

Break through!
So issue 23 is being CAUSED by this issue. When the code looks to see if these sections are filled in, it doesn't find anything. I think this is what is causing issue 23.

So data is saved to the database, but it seems like it's not retrieved properly.

Diagnosis still does not work. But I cannot replicate the issue. I have tried with 5 different patients, but I am able to retrieve the data I posted. Screenshots are provided below.

I have no idea how/if this issue is being caused. Perhaps the REST API on the other machines was out of date, broken, or something else.
