Error: No module named gd.rpc

I installed gd.rpc with the following command: python -m pip install --upgrade gd.rpc

It installed succesfully but when starting the program, it gave me the error that fastapi was not installed.

I installed fastapi, but when starting again the program, it gave me this error:

C:\Users\{my user}>python -m gd.rpc
failed to import lxml; large portion of newgrounds functionality is not going to work.
C:\Program Files\Python311\python.exe: No module named gd.rpc
