  • Enforce minimum age? Probably 13 in BC
  • Who owns the content? Can we make it Creative Commons?
  • Obligation of moderation / impact of nasty content

My only comment on this is that we should get something legally vetted, and then read it ourselves. I've been through the TOS grinder enough to know that it's probably not a good idea to try doing this ourselves, and also that whatever we get from lawyers may also have holes in it that needs fixing.

I'll have my lawyer draft these up once we have our code of conduct somewhat outlined.
