Revert changes to DiffAtFile action

Description

Some of us were using diff at file action to quickly open the diff view for the current file, having the diff panel now in place of that is quite annoying, it is not required in 99% of the cases.

If you hit dd you'll get the same behaviour as before - but now with the option of some different diff options. I don't think it's unreasonable to take a single tap d and make it a double tap dd, plus this behaviour is more in line with the spiritual upstream, Magit.

Anyways, I get where you're coming from, but won't be reverting it.
