更新hosts文件后，如图
scoop安装时依然出现“iwr : 基础连接已经关闭: 发送时发生错误。”
我在2020年可以通过手机热点装上（wifi下载时也会失败），是地区的网络问题吗？是否通过科学上网就能实现顺利下载？
另外macOS下载是否也会出现这个问题？
如果下载不了，我该如何继续学习

现在同过我的手机热点也不能下载了。
