安装jupyterlab 总是失败

pip install jupyterlab -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ --trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com
还是不行的话，用这个可以试下，每次安装环境，到这里也出错，可以试试这个镜像
