our network was slow,so it made sense to accumulate on.a single one. Now gas is generated fast, so its nice to have easy to use addresses full of gas and neo, since the beggining of the network (every restart).

@igormcoelho, how many address, perhaps I will create a box on the wallet page and set a default percentage, if someone set the percentage of GAS to 0 it may readjust the other ones automatically.
