[Question] Message "The operation completed successfully" displayed instead of redirection after successful code verification in MFA application (v2107.0)

In our production environment we're running version 2107.0 (with my bio customization).
From time to time random users (both mobile and on desktop browsers) get into weird situation - after they successfull verify code in MFA application ( Microsoft authenticator ) they get screen with red message "The operation completed successfully" instead of redirection to correct target application (ie. portal.azure.com ).

Restarting MFA service helps in these cases.

Logs in MFA / ADFS shows nothing special.

We cannot reproduce this situation on DEV server (one node), debugging MFA don't show me anything which could cause this, and I'm almost sure that this message comes from ADFS/MS authenticator.

Looks like something between MFA/ADFS "breaks".
Do You have any idea what could cause these anomalies?

Really, i don't know.
If you test with the default UI... what's the results ?

So, if you want to support all apple's devices please upgrade to the last version.
