BUG: Upload of *.ico files is not possible

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When a user tries to upload a *.ico file, he will get an error that the file cannot be uploaded. This is because the ImageInterface doesn't play well with these kind of files.

Expected Behavior

The file can be imported into the Media Browser

Steps To Reproduce

Try to upload this favicon file:
favicon.ico.zip

This file is zipped, as GitHub also don't support this format

Environment

- Flow:7.3 - current
- Neos: 7.3 - current
- PHP: 8.0 - 8.1
