Describe the bug
When neovide_cursor_animate_command_line is unset, the cursor's movement to the command line isn't animated, but the particles still show.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run :let g:neovide_cursor_animate_command_line = v:false.
  2. Press :. Notice the particles.

Expected behavior
There shouldn't be any particles.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Linux
  • Neovide Version 0.11.1

Additional context
Use case: I hide the animation to the command line because it's distracting to others viewing my screen trying to follow my movements. The particles that are shown are still distracting.
