Show value of Neuron Wallet balance

Neuron wallet just shows balance of shares but doesn't show how much those shares are actually worth.

Neuron won't request an external API for security so the price of shares cannot be fetched.

In the meantime, we're going to add an accessory of Neuron to watch assets on web page(Magickbase/neuron-public-issues#23 (comment)) which will support more daily used functions.
